The one we're known for. Every hat starts with a stitched patch, dashed borders and all, sewn onto a structured cap that holds its shape past the first wash. Send us your own logo or design, or work with us to build one, and we'll mock it up before it ever touches a needle.

Christmas 2026 order-by dates
- Custom sweater on its own: order by December 5.
- Anything with a pet outfit, costume or add-on: order by December 1.
Orders placed after these dates still ship, but we can't promise they'll arrive by December 25.
Shipping
- Custom pieces (sweaters, shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs) are made to order, usually within 2 to 7 business days, then take 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
- Pet outfits, costumes and add-ons ship separately from our partner warehouse and usually take 7 to 15 business days to arrive.
If your order has both, it arrives in two packages. You'll get a tracking email as each one ships.
Free standard shipping on US orders of $59 or more. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Returns, remakes and refunds
Custom pieces: because we make these just for you, we can't take them back for a change of mind or a wrong size, so please check the size chart before you order. But if your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it free or refund you, your choice. You don't need to ship anything back.
Pet outfits and add-ons: if an item arrives damaged or not as pictured, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first for the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
