Christmas 2026 order-by dates

• Custom sweater on its own: order by December 5.
• Anything with a pet outfit, costume or add-on: order by December 1.

Orders placed after these dates still ship, but we can't promise they'll arrive by December 25.

Shipping

• Custom pieces (sweaters, shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs) are made to order, usually within 2 to 7 business days, then take 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
• Pet outfits, costumes and add-ons ship separately from our partner warehouse and usually take 7 to 15 business days to arrive.

If your order has both, it arrives in two packages. You'll get a tracking email as each one ships.

Free standard shipping on US orders of $59 or more. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Returns, remakes and refunds

Custom pieces: because we make these just for you, we can't take them back for a change of mind or a wrong size, so please check the size chart before you order. But if your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it free or refund you, your choice. You don't need to ship anything back.

Pet outfits and add-ons: if an item arrives damaged or not as pictured, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first for the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
